Reconstitution means adding a specified liquid to a powder to prepare a medicine for use. Some sermorelin prescriptions arrive as a powder; others arrive already prepared. The instructions for one product should not be copied to another merely because the ingredient name matches.
An online mixing chart cannot establish the correct diluent, final concentration, storage conditions, or beyond-use date for your shipment. Those details belong to the dispensing pharmacy. If anything is missing, resolve it before preparing or using the medicine.

Identify what actually arrived

The presence of a second bottle is not permission to improvise. Nor should you add liquid to a prepared solution to make it last longer. Why a universal mixing recipe is unreliable
Different products may use different concentrations, ingredients, containers, and preparation methods. Changing the liquid quantity changes the resulting concentration. A familiar syringe marking can then represent a different amount of medicine than it did previously.
Searches such as “5 mg mixing instructions” leave out those product-specific details. Even correct arithmetic cannot validate a diluent or a preparation's stability. Ask the pharmacist to connect the written preparation instructions to the final concentration and the prescribed administration volume. Keep the answer with the prescription rather than relying on a saved social-media screenshot.
Storage and dates belong to the prepared product
A beyond-use date for an unopened powder is not automatically the same date that applies after preparation. The pharmacy should explain the conditions before and after mixing, the relevant date or time limit, and how to record when preparation occurred.
Do not borrow a refrigeration window from another brand or an approved tesamorelin product. Different finished medicines have different instructions. Ask for an explanation using your exact supplies, with time to repeat the steps back. For someone who has difficulty reading small print, seeing syringe lines, or handling a vial, the care team should address those practical barriers before home use.
